Job 1 of 2
What the customer needed
The customer had a fault with their cooker and also wanted advice on an outdoor installation for their outhouse.
What was done
- Fault tested the cooker and explained the findings clearly
- Assessed the outdoor installation for the outhouse
- Provided a transparent quote for the outside electrical work
“I couldn’t be more impressed with the electrician (Gavin) who came out to help with my cooker fault and discuss an outdoor installation for my outhouse. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite and professional, and took the time to thoroughly fault test my cooker, explaining everything clearly. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. There was no rushing the job, no cutting corners—just genuine care to make sure everything was safe and working properly. When it came to the quote for the outside electrical installation, he was transparent and fair. It’s clear Gavin takes real pride in his work, and that level of professionalism is hard to come by these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy electrician.”
