The job
What the customer needed
The customer wanted linked smoke alarms fitted and an electrical condition report on the property.
What was done
- Fitted two linked smoke alarms
- Carried out an EICR
- Answered the customer’s questions throughout
“Gavin fitted two linked smoke alarms and did an EICR for me. From the first visit to the day of insulation, he turned up on time and was always professional and very helpful with any queries I had. I would highly recommend him.”
About this type of work
Linked smoke alarms sound together, so a fire in one room is heard throughout the home. An EICR at the same visit gives a full picture of the installation’s condition alongside the new alarms.
